A little rain and grey skies didn’t douse the batting power of the Avalanche on Sunday in Junction City. The teams would would play some great ball against the DC Blaze – Red squad and the SV Storm, winning 11-4 and 18-0 respectively. Highlighting the first game was a first time home run by #8 Mackenzie T. in the top of the 2nd inning.
In the second game of the day #6 Gracie G. would score 2 HRs amongst a bevy of singles and walks.
So glad to see the practice and dedication from the coaches and players come together. Go Avalanche!
