The 14/16U tryout date has been set for this Sunday, February 23rd @ Juniper Park field from 4p-5:30p (weather permitting). If the weather turns, we are working on an alternate location. An email and Facebook post will be updated if a change to the location needs to occur. This tryout is for 14u eligible high schoolers and 16u eligible players (must be16 years of age or younger on Dec 31, 2019). A google form has been attached and needs to be completed prior to tryouts. If you are not able to access the form please email cofpsoftball@gmail.com so we are able to gather the necessary information for tryouts.
Dave Smith will be the Head Coach with his daughter Amanda Smith (current collegiate player at Eastern Oregon University) along with additional former D1/D2/D3 collegiate players new to Avalanche. Jennifer Gerlach will be the business manager and helping coach when needed. We will determine whether we have 1 or 2 16u teams once we know the number of girls playing.
