The Avalanche 12U squad will play this weekend in the Bend Showdown tournament put together by Bend Parks and Recreation. All games will be played at the Pine Nursery softball complex at 3750 NE Purcell. The two day event will feature 16 teams from Oregon, Washington and Idaho with a minimum of 5 games for each team. The Avalanche will face off first against the Oregon Titans at 8:30 am followed by games at 12:15 pm and 4:00 pm. See schedule here. Pool games on Saturday will seed the Gold and Silver champion brackets on Sunday. Weather is anticipated to be in the 70’s with a slight chance of showers on Sunday.

The 14U squad will play at the Tormaschy Memorial Tournament in Selah, Washington this weekend. The first game plays at 2:40 pm against the INW Edge. See updated schedule and tournament details here. Weather looks great with temps predicted to be in the high 70’s/low 80’s.
